The transparent quartz glass tubes for light source and vacuum instruments produced in our company are also widely used in other industry ,technical fields ,where proprties of high temperature proof ,thermal stability , high chemical stability ,high dielectric are needed .
We have production lines for following 4 products :
A .Electric-heated continuously melting quartz glass tubes ;
B. Vacuum pressure quartz glass tubes ;
C. Two steps gas melting and electric -melting quartz glass tubes ;

According to size ,outward appearance ,chemical purity and hydroxyl content ( Ministry standard JC/T598-1995 ) Products are divided into :
High-class (class A) ,first class ( class B), and qualified products ( class C)

Special wall thickness products can be available according to the user’s requirement . Ellipticity is no more than absolute value of the outside diameter tolerance . Wall thickness deviation is no more than absolute value of the wall thickness tolerance . Bending is no longer than 3‰ of the tube length . Length tolerance : ±1 mm .
