The products in our company are produced from two kinds of production : electric melting and electric -arc production . Company provides both the ordinary pure products ( SiO2 >99.5% ) and the high pure products (SiO2≥99.99%) .No transparence is because of the large numer of bubbles with sizes 0.003-0.3mm in the glass ,and the small bubbles result in rays scattering .Within the bubbles there are 60% CO ;10% CO2; 8% and 22% N2 . Bubbles are good for the glass in heat isolation , thermal stability , infra-red absorption and radiation .
Guartz glass plate
Quartz glass plates are usually made by cutting and grinding quartz glass, and its silica content can reach more than 99.99%. The hardness is Mohs 7th grade, which has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, low thermal expansion coefficient, thermal shock resistance and good electrical insulation performance. Quartz glass sheets are usually colorless and transparent, with a visible light transmittance of more than 85%. Quartz glass can be divided into two categories: fused silica glass and synthetic quartz glass from the large production range. Heat resistance, light transmittance, electrical insulation, and chemical stability are all excellent.
